How to Submit a Symposium manuscript (optional)

1. The submission of a manuscript for the SPIE Proceedings is optional. You must first have submitted an abstract and the paper must be presented at ILAS 2015.

2. Prepare your manuscript (approximately 4 pages) according to the SPIE's Technical Paper Specifications and upload it through the SPIE Online Submission System using the user name and password you used to upload your abstract. A Manuscript Sample is available to illustrate the technical specification.

You can save and return to your manuscript submission and make changes, up to 25 March 2015 (i.e. a week after the end of the conference) but you must submit a DRAFT of your manuscript by 3 March 2015.

3. Submit your SPIE copyright form
A SPIE Transfer of Copyright form will need to be signed by at least one author of the manuscript and returned to SPIE. The completed form should be returned to SPIE by one of the following methods:
(i) Mail (the SPIE address is on the form)

Deadline Reminder

If you wish your presentation to be considered for inclusion in the SPIE Proceedings (subject to your abstract being accepted) you must submit a draft by 3 March 2015 and a final manuscript by 25 March 2015 (a week after ILAS).
